I needed a new charger for my Acer voice amplifier as my old charger had broken. I was very happy to find that I could order one from TK Products. They were very nice, helpful, and completed the transaction quickly. Hooray! I have a charger again for my amplifier system (which I love)!

Over the summer, I misplaced the charger for my MR1505. I thought I was going to have to buy an entire unit, but customer service really helped me by pointing me to this charger. Wish I could remember the name of the customer service rep. She was very professional but understood my needs. Thank you so much!
